Shipping and Returns Policy

All Items purchased as Christmas gift qualify for the extended Christmas gift return period of Friday 7th January 2021.

Please inform us of your purchase being a gift when you order to qualify for the extended return period.

Dispatch times
We will aim to dispatch your order the next working day from when your order is placed or same day if your order is received by 9am.

Cost of shipping

All orders over £40 are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery (£7.95) to arrive by 1pm the following working day. Items under £40 are sent Royal Mail standard 1st Class delivery (£3.95 large letter size and £5.95 small parcel)

We choose to use our local village post office.

All items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, however, due to the size of our company, we cannot offer refunded postage for returns or re delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags intact and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be returned in their original packaging. Once the item is returned in satisfactory condition we will either process a refund for the item (not including the original postage) or issue an invoice to cover the the cost of additional postage of any exchanges – should you wish to use a cheaper class of postage please contact the sales team on (we are prepared to send using cheaper class but DO NOT accept responsibility should items be delivered late or deemed lost).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please notify Foxy Pheasant via when returning an item.

We strive to make our products to the highest quality and fit, so if you do need to return your order for any reason, we appreciate your feedback on what went wrong.

Non-returnable items:

  • Made to measure items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, the next working day.

We are not able to refund the cost of postage for exchanged items.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
